Pickers Wanted to start ASAP! – Chilled Distribution Warehouse

We are currently seeking for Pickers to join a chilled (refrigerated) distribution warehouse based in Balcatta. This is an ongoing opportunity with an immediate start available.

Location:

22 Geddes Road, Balcatta

Shifts & Hours:



3-week rotating roster (Sunday – Friday)



Rotating between Day & Afternoon/Night shifts



3–4 shifts per week (10 hours per shift)

Shift times:



Day Shift: 6:00am – 4:00pm



Afternoon/Night Shift: 4:00pm – 2:00am

Pay Rate:

$32.06 (including casual loading) + penalties for shift and Sunday work

Key Duties:

Candidates will work across different areas within a refrigerated warehouse environment handling chilled food products, including:



General Picking: Using an electric ride-on pallet jack to pick orders, wrap pallets, and load trucks



Repack: Unloading chilled milk crates and repacking into boxes for distribution



Crates Area: Sorting crates, removing damaged units, and processing crates through wash systems

Requirements:



Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks in a cold environment



Available for rotating shifts and up to 40 hours per week



Forklift licence preferred but not essential



Must complete site induction prior to commencement

PPE:



High visibility long sleeve shirt (any colour acceptable)



Steel cap safety boots



Long pants or shorts permitted



Hi-vis vest with reflective tape (as required onsite)
